**Position: Admission Broker / Admission Coordinator**

We are actively hiring passionate and well-connected individuals who can help in **direct student admissions** into our JEE and NEET coaching programs. This role is ideal for education consultants, local influencers, school liaisons, or coaching agents with access to student and parent networks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential students for JEE & NEET programs
- Guide students/parents regarding Drishyam’s course offerings, scholarships, and hostel facilities
- Assist in completing admission formalities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Prior experience in student admissions, marketing, or education consultancy preferred
- Strong local network and ability to generate leads
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of JEE/NEET academic structure is a plus

Commission Structure - Drishyam Institute offer a **fixed ₹15,000 commission per confirmed admission** for JEE or NEET courses.

Here’s how much you can earn:

- **1 Admission** = ₹15,000
- **2 Admissions** = ₹30,000
- **5 Admissions** = ₹75,000
- **10 Admissions** = ₹1,50,000
- **15 Admissions** = ₹2,25,000
- **20 Admissions** = ₹3,00,000
