**Job Role: Admission Counselor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, or walk-ins and provide detailed information about available courses and programs.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable career paths and course options.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
- Manage and update student databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly conversion and revenue goals through effective counseling and communication skills.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as an Admission Counselor, Telecaller, or in Educational Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Should have own **Laptop and Smartphone**.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
