**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment & Outreach**: Represent the institution at college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events, both in person and virtually. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, high school counselors, and community partners.
- **Events & Programming**: Coordinate and host information sessions, campus tours, and other recruitment-related events to engage prospective students.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records in the admissions database, track recruitment efforts, and provide reports to senior leadership as requested.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (financial aid, academic advising, student services) to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students and provide consistent messaging throughout the recruitment process.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions, higher education, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse student populations, parents, and school counselors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with student information systems or CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in higher education admissions or recruitment.
- Familiarity with admissions software, such as Slate, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of financial aid processes and procedures.

Pay: ₹14,868.28 - ₹18,967.21 per month
