**Job Title**: Cold Caller & Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

**Shift**: Rotational Shift

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cold Calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Introduce company services/products and build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.

**Customer Support**:

- Resolve issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed logs of interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and feedback loops.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international cold calling and/or customer support.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in IT or BPO industry preferred.
