We're looking for a Tele caller who is passionate about customer service. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
- Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting prospective customers using scripts.
- To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls, and outbound cold calls.
- To get customers details that include names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
- Other accounts based allied jobs.

**Requirements And Skills**:

- Strong business telephone and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Fluent in English
- Freshers are welcome.
- Based on Kolkata

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
- Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
