**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Tele Caller Executives (Freshers)** to join our growing team.
As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients, playing a key role in generating leads, following up on inquiries, and providing accurate information about our educational programs and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients to provide information about courses and admission processes.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into potential leads.
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions or meetings with senior counselors.
- Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure student satisfaction during every interaction.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and seminars when required.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification**:Higher Secondary (10+2)** or **Bachelor’s Degree** in any field.
- **Freshers are welcome**; training will be provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Good listening skills and a friendly, confident tone.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable using digital tools.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset.
