As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for generating leads on potential members to achieve sales goals. As a Tele caller we are expecting you to be a good communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.

Tele caller duties and responsibilities
- Reach out to existing and potential members to purchase the membership at our fitness center
- Learn details about our services and offerings and be able to communicate the same to potential members
- Address any questions or issues potential members/members may have
- Communicate with potential members/members to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on potential members/members needs and capabilities
- Keep an updated database of potential members
- Always strive towards meeting a sales goal
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update potential members
- /members records

Tele caller requirements and qualifications
- 1 year of experience as Tele caller
- Must have spoken english skills
- Ability and willingness to learn about our services and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Good time-management skills
- Decent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- High school/ diploma/graduation

Duty time is 9.5 hrs
