About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team at Madhu Jayanti International Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to retailers, distributors, and stockists to promote products, follow up on orders, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role plays a vital part in supporting our sales operations through effective communication and backend coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to retailers, distributors, and stockists for product promotion, order follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Confidently communicate product features, ongoing offers, and promotional schemes over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, customer feedback, and queries in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Collect orders, share market updates, and assist the field sales team with backend support.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the respective departments.
  • Follow call scripts and company communication standards while maintaining a personalized approach.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in tele calling, inside sales, or customer support will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in tele calling or customer service.

Additional Information:

  • Should be comfortable with high-volume calling and meeting daily targets.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG or retail trade ecosystem is preferred.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
