**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a Recruiter who has hands-on experience in end to end Recruitment.

This position is based at our **Bangalore**, India office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Business in Understanding Job requisitions
- Schedule Interviews with Identified Interview Panels
- Update Greenhouse (TA Reporting tool) with respect to pipeline, requisitions
- Goal of 3 - 4 Onboards per month for IT and 6** - **8 for Non IT
- Restrict usage of Vendors to less than 15%
- Maintain Turn-around-time of 60 days for onboarding

**We're excited about you if you have**:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources
- 4+ years of Recruitment experience
- **Technical Expertise**
- Using Job Portals, Linkedin
- Experience in Program Management is preferrable Ex: Referrals, Onboarding Diversity etc.,
- **Passion for Results**
- A bias towards action and an iterative approach to problem-solving
- Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Consistently seek ways to improve existing processes.
- Proactive risk management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Data driven: Ability to identify meaningful data to be captured and present it in a clear, concise way. Influence data driven decisions as part of continuous improvement.
- Ability to step up in complex situations while maintaining poise and professionalism.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and keep delivery on schedule.
