Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, contract management team and internal support team to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth transition for contract employees into permanent roles.

Manage the offer and negotiation process, including extending offers and facilitating contract-to-hire conversions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contract employees to promote retention and engagement.

Collaborate with WMG team and help them with day-to-day updates.

**Skills**:Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition and equipped with ATS tools.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

To have good knowledge of data management using tools such as MS Excel.

Pay: ₹144,008.40 - ₹668,404.02 per year
