**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
