**Position**: Store Supervisor

**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- Deliver an excellent customer service experience consistently
- Diplomatically address customer concerns, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process
- Manage retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life
- Generate management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
- Execute store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
- Lead the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- 2-5 years experience in luxury retail, food retail, or hospitality out of which at least 1 year in a team lead role
- Excellent customer handling and communication
- Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
