**Job Title**: Store Supervisor

**Department**: Stores / Materials Management
**Location**: Bhosari Pune
**Reports To**: Factory Manager / Accounts & Operations Head
**Working Days**: 6 Days (Thursday Week Off)

**Educational Qualification**:

- **B.Com** (Bachelor of Commerce).

**Experience**:

- **1-3 years** of relevant experience in **stores, inventory, or material management** within a **manufacturing / industrial setup**.

**Job Summary**:
The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely material receipt and issuance, proper documentation, and adherence to company procedures. The role requires coordination with production, purchase, and accounts teams to maintain smooth material flow and stock accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory & Material Management**
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

**2. Receipts & Issues**
- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Quality team for material inspection.
- Issue materials to production and other departments based on authorized requisitions.

**3. Documentation & Systems**
- Maintain and update stock registers (manual and Tally/Excel-based).
- Ensure all documentation—GRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.—is accurate and filed systematically.
- Assist in monthly stock reports and audit requirements.

**4. Coordination & Compliance**
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Production departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and 5S standards in the store area.
- Supervise store assistants/helpers and ensure discipline and efficiency in store operations.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory control.
- Proficient in **MS Excel / Tally Primes**.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a sense of accountability.
- Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Employment Type**:
