The Stores Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory and materials required for the efficient operation of the Ready-Mix Concrete plant. This role involves handling receipts, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring proper documentation, stock accuracy, and maintaining minimum stock levels to avoid plant downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels of raw materials (cement, admixtures, spare parts, etc.).
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with ERP records.
- **Material Handling**:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of all items.
- Safely issue materials as per requirement and keep proper records.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain all store records including GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and Return Slips.
- Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments for invoice processing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with production, maintenance, and procurement teams.
- Liaise with vendors for material delivery and discrepancies.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure storage practices are in compliance with safety and environmental norms.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
