**Job Title**: Store Supervisor

**Location**: Borivali & Ghatkopar, Mumbai
**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 per month

**About Us**:
Parsi Dairy Farm is a legacy brand known for its premium dairy products, cherished across generations. We are looking for responsible and motivated Store Supervisors to manage our retail outlets and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure optimal customer service
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product display
- Supervise, train, and schedule store staff
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product storage
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain sales records and assist in achieving monthly targets
- Coordinate with head office for supply and administrative needs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail/store management (preferably in the food or dairy industry)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and billing software
- Ability to manage teams and multitask under pressure
- High school diploma or above (Graduate preferred)
