We currently have an urgent opening for the position of **Chief Financial Officer (CFO) **with one of our clients, located in **Mumbai.**

**Our clients**:
Our Client is a premium brand of ready-to-serve alcohol-free sparkling non-alcoholic mix. It is a subsidiary company of The Group, who has businesses in Cement, Construction, and Real Estate for the last 3 decades. Apart from bringing a portable lounge experience, they want to bring some real excitement to both drinking & non-drinking people across India.

**Designation: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA/CA/CMA or CPA preferred)

**Experience: **5-10+ Years

**Location**:Mumbai

**Job Responsibility**:

- Prepare and monitor the financial budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage the company's financial planning.
- Manage all aspects of financial matters and decision making.
- Overseas all the financial operations of an organisation.
- Keep control on outstanding’s, expenses, etc.
- Plan, Implement and manage investment strategies.
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.
- Prepare and present forecasting report.
- Analyse and manage the organisation's liabilities and investments.
- Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses.
- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, income statements, etc.
- Identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement.
- Plan and perform risk management duties.
- Prepare FMIS report on daily basis. (Financial management information report)
- Work with investment bankers to raise additional capital. (Loans etc)

**Required Skills**:

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management softwares. (e.g., SAP)
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
- Ability to strategize and solve problems.

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
