Real Estate Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Management: Ensure that all needs of channel partners are successfully met and managed.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve all client queries promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Product & Service Guidance: Offer insights, updates and assistance regarding our products or services, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Proactive Communication: Understand partner needs, proactively address issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction at all times.
- Coordination: Coordination with partners, different departments and teams. Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Polite Disposition: A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with clients.
- Strong Follow-up Skills: Ability to rigorously follow up with clients to ensure all needs are met.
- Excellent Communication: Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with partners and colleagues.
- Problem Solving: Ability to understand client circumstances and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proactive Approach: Always anticipate client needs and take proactive steps to exceed their expectations.
- Availability: Be readily available for calls and maintain consistent communication with partners.
Qualifications:
- Strong command on English language is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination and follow up skills.
- Quick learner

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
