**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **hotel reservations** as per client requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely bookings.
- Coordinate and manage **air, train, and bus ticket bookings** while adhering to client preferences and cost-effective options.
- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, cancellations, and vendor communications.
- Ensure **client satisfaction** by providing prompt support and resolving booking-related issues or changes.
- Communicate and coordinate with vendors, hotels, and travel agents for availability, rates, and confirmations.
- Use **Microsoft Excel** to track bookings, generate reports, and manage daily operational data.
- Assist in **negotiating rates and value-added services** with vendors and partners.
- Follow up for confirmations, cancellations, and refund processes in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months-1 year of experience** in travel operations, reservations, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel**, including basic functions, sorting/filtering, and maintaining trackers.
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Excellent **negotiation and interpersonal skills** to deal with vendors and clients effectively.
- Ability to manage **multiple tasks simultaneously** while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to **client service and teamwork**.
