**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Procurement Executive to join our team at BAI Infosolutions. You will be responsible for reaching out to hotels, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth bookings for our corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to hotels and build a network of vendors.
- Negotiate rates and terms with hotel pipe partners.
- Support hotel booking operations by sharing rate options with internal teams.
- Track confirmations, cancellations, and refunds, payments & Commission.
- Maintain vendor databases and contracts.
- Assist in resolving booking or service-related issues.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Freshers or up to 1 year of work experience
- Hotel booking or hospitality internship experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in the travel or hospitality industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
