Inviting applications for the role of Domain Trainee/ Management Trainee- Contract Data Management/ Procurement The role is responsible for the management of contracts across all categories (Indirect & Direct), drive effective contract management and reporting process to ensure contract compliance Responsibilities . Complete requests for contract creation/ maintenance . Complete Contract amendments as required in accordance with SOP's. . Review of contracts to ensure all the details updated by category managers are in alignment with the documents and relevant procurement policies . Identify and implement Productivity and Quality improvement ideas . Hands on experience of working on Procurement modules in any ERP, preferably Ariba . Domain knowledge of Contract management, contract clauses. . Creation of monthly/quarterly reports related to contracts . Creation of buying channel reports as and when requested by stakeholder . Present and explain contract reports and details to business and management . Relevant years working in a multi-site Procurement role. BSFI, (Preferred) . Good understanding of transformation initiatives in Procurement and contract management . Working knowledge of contract management . Hands on experience of working on contract modules in any ERP, preferably Ariba . Experience in Australia Market will be an added advantage Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills . Bachelor university degree . Strong numeracy and analytical skills (Required) Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Relevant years working in a multi-site Procurement role. BSFI, (Preferred) .
