JOB DUTIES -- Supervise food and beverage service throughout restaurant functions to ensure quality service and product quality
- Assist with the planning, organizing and execution of all restaurant functions including, but not limited to, breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, galas, etc.

Responsible of order taking & interacting with the guest& able to excite & create WOW factor of them.

Participate in and lead department meetings and implement departmental SOPs.

Process restaurant checks accurately and efficiently for payment
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Responsible for daily briefing & debriefing as per need, his team& try to find the bottle neck of the problem& solve it by involvement of staff.

Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Distribute tables and tasks to team members
- Follow up the procedures according with the check list
- Coordinate the work of all TM, in order to maintain the constant quality of the service
- Performs the transfer of goods and materials across sectors
- Track Food and Beverage monthly inventories

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
