**Key Responsibilities**:

- Showcase our product through compelling demos; ensuring customers grasp its capabilities. Conduct training sessions that empower customers to make the most of our solutions.
- Prior to implementation, perform comprehensive gap analyses to understand customer requirements. Then, provide tailored solutions that optimize their experience, without necessarily altering the product.
- Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide resolutions that align with customer needs and preferences.
- Articulate complex concepts and solutions with clarity, both when engaging with internal teams and external customers.
- Bring innovation to the forefront by analyzing challenges from different angles and providing creative solutions that align with customer goals.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and creating a partnership built on trust.

**Desired Profile**:

- Proficient time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure optimal productivity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in interactions with internal teams and external customers.
- Strong comprehension skills, enabling the clear understanding and adept handling of customer issues. Display ownership in resolving intricate customer challenges, escalating as necessary.
- Aiming for paramount customer satisfaction as the central responsibility. This entails maintaining a strong and confident personality, outstanding command of the English language, excellent interpersonal skills, and impeccable presentation capabilities.
- Should be able to work in Night shift or US shift timings (3:00 pm -12:00 am).

**Experience**:

- 0-3 year of valuable experience in the field of Customer Service.
