As a Customer Support Representative specializing in outbound calls, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers to provide assistance, gather feedback, and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. Your primary objective will be to maintain positive relationships with customers and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Make outbound calls to customers to provide support and assistance.

2.Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

3.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

4.Gather feedback from customers to improve our services.

5.Document all interactions with customers accurately in the company's database.

6.Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
1.Previous experience in customer support or a related field.

2.Excellent communication skills.

3.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

4.Proven ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.

5.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

**Experience :0-2 years.**

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
