We execute full range of engineering solutions from single loop control to the installation and programming of state of the art distributed control system. ATMAN provides engineering solutions that encompass various stages of plant life cycle.- We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for Gujarat locations.- Industry needed : Dairy turnkey projects**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Stay connected with existing customers and generate inquiries
- Developing new customers with the help of Marketing Team
- Follow up for on-going inquiries
- Help maximize the performance of individual employees
- Provide your team with the tools they need to succeed
- Ensure that each person on your team has specific sales goals and objectives that tie back to company goals
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineer
- Must possess leadership skills to guide a team of sales managers and sales representatives

- Close new deals
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Maintain record of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products and market conditions
- Getting the sales using various sales methods
- Meet personal and team sales targets

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
