**Job Title**: Sales Representative (Elderly Care Facility)

**Reports To**: Sales Manager/Director
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our elderly care facility team. The primary responsibility is to attract prospective residents, guide families through the decision-making process, and promote our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a personable demeanor, and a deep understanding of the needs of seniors and their families.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Outreach**:
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and community events.
- Maintain a database of prospective residents and referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and social workers.
- **Sales and Consultations**:
- Meet with prospective residents and their families to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide comprehensive tours of the facility, highlighting services, amenities, and care options.
- Present customized care plans and address objections or questions with empathy and professionalism.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other referral sources.
- Act as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns related to admissions.
- Maintain contact with families throughout the decision-making process.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Participate in local community events, fairs, and seminars to promote the facility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Represent the facility at networking events and maintain a positive brand image.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Accurately document all interactions with prospective clients and referral sources in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and meet monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or related fields.
- **Skills**:
- Strong Speaking English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and understanding of elderly care needs.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
