- As a Marketing Executive at Worldref, a leading B2B marketplace in the heavy engineering manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy. This position requires a blend of creativity, storytelling skills, and digital marketing acumen.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
Content Development and Management**:Create diverse and engaging content suitable for various platforms and formats, including brochures, social media posts, promotional material for services and products, whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, success stories, blogs, and articles.

- Brand Storytelling and Consistency: Craft and maintain a compelling and consistent narrative for the Worldref brand, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice, values, and marketing objectives.
- Social Media and Digital Campaign Management: Strategically manage and enhance Worldref’s presence on various social media platforms. This includes creating content, running campaigns, analyzing engagement, and increasing overall brand visibility and audience reach.
- Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns across different channels, ensuring they are aligned with broader marketing strategies and goals.
- Collaborative Content Creation:Collaborate with different teams such as business development, product management, and customer service to produce tailored marketing materials that support their specific objectives and initiatives.
- Holistic Marketing Strategy:Integrate a variety of marketing components into the content strategy, including SEO, data analytics, and digital advertising, to create a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
- Creative Strategy and Innovation:Continuously generate and implement innovative ideas for content creation and marketing strategies, aiming to captivate the target audience and stay ahead of market trends.

**Skills and Key Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding ability in writing and verbal communication, with proficiency in creating clear, persuasive, and original content.
- Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative thinking skills, capable of generating innovative ideas and executing them effectively.
- Adaptability: A willingness to learn new marketing techniques and adapt to the evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
