**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Marketing Executive - International Business **in New Delhi. The Marketing Executive - International Business will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including developing effective marketing strategies, identifying potential international partners and creating professional relationships, implementing marketing plans, conducting market research, and analysing trends and data to gain insights to determine the needs and preferences of the international market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in target international markets.

Analyze data and insights to understand market trends, customer preferences, and cultural nuances, adapting strategies accordingly.
- **Strategic Planning**:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve business objectives.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling campaigns tailored to specific regions, considering language, cultural sensitivities, and local trends.
- **Campaign Execution**:
Coordinate with creative and content teams to produce localized marketing materials that resonate with international audiences.
- **Performance Tracking and Optimization**:
Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Continuously optimize marketing initiatives based on performance data and market feedback to drive maximum impact and efficiency.
- **Partnership Development**:
Identify and establish partnerships with local influencers, businesses, and organizations to expand brand awareness and reach in international markets.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for successful international marketing initiatives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve product localization, pricing strategies, and customer experience for international markets.

**Qualifications**
- International Business and Trade experience
- Analytical skills to evaluate data, analyse trends, and generate meaningful insights
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities to interact with international partners and resolve any queries or issues
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a solid understanding of international commerce
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Experience in medical device marketing and international business is a plus
- Ability to work in a highly **international environment**:

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decisions and outcomes

**Salary**: ₹20,891.91 - ₹35,294.44 per month
