**Customer Support Intern**

**Job description**

H B GADGET TECHNOLOGY & SOLUTIONS PVT LTD team is looking for a talented Customer Support Intern to assist in providing Customer Support Intern and advice to IT users.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Research and identify solutions to Technical issues.

2. Manages day-to-day Incident and Service requests

4. Ensure that complaints should be resolved on time.

5. Provides ticket status to resources as needed

6. Provide technical support, account integration, backend support and advice to IT teams

7. Excellent knowledge on Hardware & networking.

8. Basic Database querying

**Technical Requirements**:
1. Experience with monitoring tools & technologies (eg. Site24x7, DataDog or any other).

2. Experience with Patch Management.

3. Knowledge of Data security & Firewalls Rules.

4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

**Professional Attributes**:

**Salary** - 4k

**Educational Qualification** : Diploma or simple graduation with good Computer knowledge
