Job Description /

Responsibilities *
- Ensure that proper measures are taken for the safety of the

people at sites.
- Conduct Daily toolbox Meeting
- Conduct Induction Training for new Employees
- Involved in developing the safety programs and implementing

them in order to ensure safety at work.
- Conduct Site safety meeting
- Conduct risk assessment
- Site inspection, accident incident investigation
- Prepare safety plans and implement the same for safety

purpose.
- To assess the risk factor while working with different

materials and prepare safety plans accordingly.
- Attend Client safety meetings
- Maintain safety performance data
- To look for ways to avoid any kind of accidents while

performing work.
- Train labour for avoiding hazards and accidents while at work
- Safety Officer also needs to ensure the safety and security of

the people employed at fabrication yard dealing with the

manufacturing of the material.
- Handling emergency situations at sites and also impart the

same to the workers.
- Ensure that the equipment’s and material being used are of

good quality and do not cause any harm.

Desired profile of
- Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
- Good Communication. Shall able to explain / justify/ Training of

Safety to the client.

Work experience *

Basic / UG

Qualification *
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree with experience in relevant field
