We are seeking a diligent and proactive Junior Safety Officer to join our construction team. The Junior Safety Officer will assist in implementing and monitoring safety programs to ensure a safe and hazard-free working environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide safety training to construction staff, including toolbox talks and safety inductions.
- Assist in investigating accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
- Maintain and update records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.
- Assist in emergency response planning and drills.
- Collaborate with site management and contractors to address safety concerns and issues promptly.
- Stay updated on new safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Perform any other safety-related duties as assigned by the Senior Safety Officer or site management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in construction safety is preferred.
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness to conduct site inspections and respond to emergencies as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in First Aid
- Familiarity with safety management software and tools.
- Ability to conduct safety training sessions effectively.

**Experience - 1 to 4years**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
