**Course Coordinator - Job Description**

**Location**: Xylem Karnataka

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**:2-3 years of teaching experience required**
**Language Requirement**:Native Kannada speaker with proficiency in English**
**Preferred Experience**:Experience in EdTech is an added advantage**

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Academic Course Management**
- **Curriculum Planning**: Plan academic courses for the entire **academic year** according to company guidelines.
- **Scheduling**: Formulate and distribute **monthly schedules**.

**2. Faculty Management**
- **Leave & Availability Tracking**: Regularly track **faculty leave dates** and ensure availability while preparing monthly schedules.
- **Emergency Adjustments**: Make **real-time changes** to daily faculty class schedules due to emergency unavailability.
- Work closely with different **departments to ensure smooth execution of academic activities**.

**3. Overseeing**
- Maintain and analyze **course schedules, faculty records, and academic data** for efficiency improvements.

**Requirements & Skills**
- **2-3 years of teaching experience is mandatory**.
- **Native Kannada speaker** with fluency in English.
- Strong **academic planning, scheduling, and coordination skills**.
- Excellent **communication and organizational skills**.
- Ability to **multitask and manage faculty schedules efficiently**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and academic management platforms**.
- **Experience in EdTech** is an added advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in **academic coordination, scheduling, or faculty management**.
- Familiarity with **LMS, digital learning tools, and online course management**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
