**Job Title: Austswim Coordinator**

**Position Overview**:
The Austswim Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the coordination and delivery of Austswim certification courses and related activities. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of all certification processes, maintaining high teaching standards, and supporting the professional development of Austswim teachers. The coordinator will also be tasked with evaluating the effectiveness of the certification programs and ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.

**Reports to**: Swimming Training and Operations Manager
**Manages**: Austswim Certification Programs and Related Activities
**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years of Austswim teaching experience
**Salary**: 25K to 30K Including Travel expenses
**Location**: Bangalore

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Program Management**
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of Austswim certification courses, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain course schedules, ensuring accessibility for participants and optimizing organizational resources.
- Monitor and maintain high teaching standards throughout all Austswim certification programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of certification courses, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance program quality.

**Teacher Development**
- Observe and monitor teaching practices during courses to ensure alignment with Austswim standards.
- Evaluate teacher competency through assessments, feedback, and follow-up support.
- Develop and guide professional development plans to ensure continuous growth and skill enhancement for Austswim teachers.

**Quality Assurance**
- Ensure that all training activities comply with Austswim standards and relevant organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of certifications, training sessions, and assessments.
- Monitor and assess teaching quality through on-site evaluations, participant feedback, and program reviews.
- Conduct assessments to measure program success and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes, effectiveness, and improvement strategies.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain organized documentation of all certification-related activities, ensuring compliance and easy access.
- Coordinate with Austswim and other relevant bodies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Generate periodic reports to evaluate program performance, participant feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the management and allocation of program resources to ensure effective delivery of training and certification.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Austswim Certification**: Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (essential).
- **Training Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting and coordinating Austswim training programs.
- **Assessment Skills**: Proven ability to assess teacher competency and provide constructive feedback.
- **Administrative Proficiency**: Strong organizational and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building abilities to foster a positive and effective learning environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
