**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Development**:
- Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Marketing Execution**:
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotions in the field as directed by the marketing team.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and samples, to potential and existing customers.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and service quality.
- **Reporting and Administration**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share best practices.
- **Compliance and Training**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a field-based role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
