**Responsibilities**:

- Create and design high-quality motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistency and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize design software and tools to create animations, video graphics, and special effects.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and video production.
- Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphics projects.
- Edit and optimize video content for various digital formats and platforms.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming and conceptualization sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video content.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of animation principles and video production techniques.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D animation and modelling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
- Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- Experience in UI/UX design and interactive media.
