**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, promotional materials, clients, brands, and learning experiences.
- Develop visually compelling concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate the intended message and align with our brand guidelines.
- Utilize industry-leading software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to design and animate graphics in Photoshop.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, including ideation, design, animation, and final production.

**Requirements**:

- 1 or 2 years of experience in Motion graphics Design.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of motion graphic projects.
- Proficient in industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent creativity and the ability to conceptualize ideas and transform them into visually engaging animations.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

**Salary**: 12-32k per month (non-negotiable)
