**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with the team to understand project requirements, campaign objectives, and target audience profiles.

Create compelling visual storytelling through typography, imagery, and layout to enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement.

Utilize design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other industry-standard software to create and edit designs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your design skills and maintain a competitive edge.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs based on internal and external stakeholder inputs to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs are error-free, visually appealing, and optimized for different channels and formats.

**Requirements**:
[1+] years of experience as an illustrator bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, and other relevant tools

A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually compelling designsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and producing animated videos, graphics, and motion graphics. The role involves developing visual concepts, storyboards, and designs for clients, as well as enhancing the visual attractiveness of videos through design techniques and tools.
