**Job Overview**:
Hola Prime is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Motion Graphics Designer to join our fast-paced Creative Team. You'll be instrumental in crafting captivating video content and engaging visuals for our diverse digital marketing initiatives. This role demands a creative mind with strong technical skills, a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver high-quality, deadline-driven work.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics videos for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and other brand communication needs.

Graphic Design: Create compelling static graphics, including digital ads, social media visuals, website assets, and presentation materials, ensuring brand consistency.

Digital Marketing Video Ads: Develop daily video advertisements tailored for various digital platforms, focusing on performance and engagement.

Thumbnail Design: Consistently design eye-catching and clickable thumbnails for video content to maximize reach and engagement.

AI Tool Integration: Leverage advanced AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Hedra, Pika, ElevenLabs, Captions.ai, InVideo) to enhance design efficiency, generate creative concepts, and produce innovative visual and audio elements.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, UI/UX designers, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.

Deadline Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest motion graphics trends, design techniques, and digital marketing best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.

4-5 years of proven professional experience in motion graphics design and graphic design.

Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and Figma for design collaboration.

Hands-on experience and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Hedra, Pika, ElevenLabs, Captions.ai, and InVideo.

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion graphics projects, graphic design work, and examples of how you've integrated AI tools into your workflow.

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.

Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually appealing motion graphics and static designs.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience in managing or creating content for influencer accounts is a significant plus.

Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).

Experience with 3D animation software is a bonus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
