**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling animations and graphics that enhance our brand and communicate our message effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for various media, including digital ads, social media, and video content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards that align with project goals.
- Edit and refine animations based on feedback and direction, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D).
- Knowledge of video production and editing.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
