**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct survey in the area to understand Current customer behavior; Buying pattern and retail outlets available to farmers; Total potential of the area and share updates to reporting Manger.
- Analyse the performance of existing retailers in the Market and Onboard him by explaining the moogrow products. Identify new interested retailers in the area and explain them mooGrow offerings and commission structure.
- Track the supply chain activities in the given territory and report to the manager regularly.
- Conduct marketing exercise to improve the product awareness (Branding, marketing, and promotion of mooGrow products)
- Identify Vet, Paravet, AI technician and ensure that they aligned with our offerings
- Coordinate with respective teams and ensure process adherence across the supply chain
- Coordinate with procurement and farm improvement team to improve the sales and increase farmer penetration in Moomark Channel.
- Take up targets on Onboarding retailers and Distributors.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Should have sales experience in rural areas (1.5+ years of experience)
- Should be fluent in local language. English communication will be added advantage
- Experience of selling agri inputs or dairy inputs is preferred
- Must have growth mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
