**Job Title: Batching Plant Operator (Ready Mix Concrete Industry)**

**Location : Mumbai**
**Year - 3-5lpa**
**Salary Range**: ₹3,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Batch Plant Operations**:

- Operate and monitor the batching plant to ensure the accurate batching of materials (cement, aggregates, water, and additives) as per mix designs.
- Ensure continuous and smooth operation of plant machinery, including mixers, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
- Adjust and calibrate the plant as required to maintain consistent mix quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all batch production meets the required mix design, concrete standards, and specifications.
- Conduct regular checks on raw materials for quality and consistency.
- Perform sample testing of fresh concrete for quality assurance purposes.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of plant equipment to ensure its optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues with mínimal downtime.
- Ensure plant equipment is in good working condition by coordinating with the maintenance team for any necessary repairs or parts replacement.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
- Ensure the batching plant is operating in compliance with all company policies and legal requirements related to safety, health, and environment (SHE).
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.
- **Production & Logistics Coordination**:

- Monitor production schedules and liaise with the dispatch and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of concrete.
- Maintain accurate records of daily production, material usage, and plant operations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring the plant has sufficient stock to meet production demands.
- Report material shortages to the procurement team in advance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in operating a batching plant in the ready-mix concrete industry.
- Proven experience in working with automated batching systems, mixers, and plant equipment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of concrete mix designs, material proportions, and industry standards.
- Understanding of plant automation systems, control panels, and batching software.
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
- **Safety Awareness**:

- Strong understanding of safety practices and protocols.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and handle equipment safely.
- **Communication & Teamwork**:

- Good communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- A diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
