We have requirement for the post of Distillation Plant Operator in Sujan Chemoplast pvt ltd
- Should have basic knowledge of all Laboratory chemicals and records of in-house forms.
- Handling of Laboratory Instruments such as KF, pH Meter, Gas Chromatography & HPLC machine, Hydro Meter etc. for solvent testing as per requirements.
- Sampling of Crude solvents or Raw Materials, In-process material and finished material & keeping records of the same.
- Preparing SOP based on Laboratory work out and Pilot batch work out.
- Guiding Production department on the basis of Laboratory work out.
- Having very good exposure to Standard Industrial Safety practices with respect to man, machine and materials to ensure safe operations, exhibiting good attitude towards Safety, this is one of the most important aspects for this role.
- Handling of Production shift, raw material planning, batch planning and batch preparation as per SOP.
- Coordinating all plant activities such as plant operation, maintenance, vessel preparation, cloth setting, material charging, solvent washing, evaporation, batch making, recovery, discharge.
- Ensure max yield and keep minimum solvent loss.
- Execution of distillation/extraction process and control the Vacuum pressure in different time, segregation of solvents depending on fraction, weight and quality.
- Cleaning and maintenance of all machines in required time. Timely checking of boiler, chiller, cooling tower, ETP, vacuum pump & other machines.
- Monitoring of process parameters in plant and coordination with DCS officer.
- Should have relevant exposure to unit operations for Distillation.
- Should have exposure to liquid handling, Packaging, Liquid tanker loading & unloading operations.
- Respect for Product quality throughout the production cycle.
- Co-ordination with other ancillary departments like Quality, Maintenance, Stores and others.
- Exposure to Management systems like ISO: 9001, ISO: I4001 and will be an advantage.
- Expertise/Experiences :Chemical plant unit operations, Handling hazardous chemicals, solvents
- To maintain process parameters as per SOP and record the deviations and raise the alarms in case of any abnormality.
- Able to carry out operation in safe and environment friendly manner.
- Able to execute the preventive / breakdown maintenance of the plant with the support of superiors and the service department.
- Competencies : Conversant with basic safety practices, Communication skills ,Handling contract manpower and ensuring their adherence to safety
- Hard working and self-starter.
