We have requirement for the post of Distillation Technical Executive in Sujan Chemoplast pvt ltd
- Should have experience in Organic Chemical Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry or Distillation Plant
- Should have good command over all Unit Operations of a Chemical Industry like Distillation
- Should have fairly good experience of Process Engineering Calculations - Like Heat and Mass Transfers
- Should have good experience in Implementation and Sustenance of IMS (Integrated Management System) of Quality, Environment and Safety
- Knowledge of Instruments like KF, pH Meter, Gas Chromatography & HPLC machine, Hydro Meter etc. for solvent testing as per requirements.
- Sampling of Crude solvents or Raw Materials, In-process material and finished material & keeping records of the same.
- Preparing SOP based on Laboratory work out and Pilot batch work out.
- Guiding Production department on the basis of Laboratory work out.
- Should have hands on Pilot batch processing from Installation to Operations.
- Should have knowledge of basic calibration processes of all Laboratory Equipment’s.
- Knowledge of Basic Analytical Calculations.
- To maintain process parameters as per SOP and record the deviations and raise the alarms in case of any abnormality.
- Able to carry out operation in safe and environment friendly manner.
- Able to execute the preventive / breakdown maintenance of the plant with the support of superiors and the service department.
- Good command of MS Office.
- Hard working and self-starter.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
