The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing chemical processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes.Conduct process simulations, material and energy balance calculations.Monitor plant operations and troubleshoot process-related issues.Work closely with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure consistent product quality.Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and safety reports.Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.Support scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale. Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or related process industry.Strong knowledge of unit operations, process design, and plant safety standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
