**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective team structures to ensure smooth operations across the factory and office.
- Manage the organization's resources to achieve the company's objectives.
- Be a 360-degree thinker and lead each department, delegating tasks to managers as needed.
- Be highly dedicated and passionate about the work, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Maintain minutes of meetings and ensure that all decisions and actions are recorded and followed up.
- Be able to travel for business purposes, conduct meetings, and form strategies as and when required.
- Proficiency in using online tools to streamline and make tasks quicker, such as Google Drive, Zoho, Salesforce, and other project management software.
- Sound technical knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage online websites and e-commerce platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Management (BBM), or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Hospet, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
