**Job Title**: System Administrator

**Location**:Emerald International School, Nelamangala, Bangalore.

**Position type**:Full Time, Residential.

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the technology needs of our residential school community. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure, enabling a seamless learning and living experience for students, faculty, and staff.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Laptops, desktops, and other computing devices used by students, faculty, and staff. Configure and manage network devices, such as routers and switches.
- Ensure all devices are up-to-date with necessary software installations, security patches, and antivirus protection.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras across the campus. Monitor CCTV feeds to ensure campus security and safety protocols are adhered to. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues with CCTV systems.
- Manage internet access controls and policies to ensure responsible and productive use of resources. Monitor internet usage patterns and address any violations or misuse in accordance with school policies.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to users experiencing hardware, software, or network-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, preferably in a school.
- Strong proficiency in server administration, networking protocols, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, internet filtering/proxy solutions, and network security principles.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
