**Work Time**:US Business Hours (i.e., your shift may end by 4:30 AM or 5:30 AM IST)**
**Work Day / Hours**: 5 days week - 45 hours a week (This is an office job. WFH on some days may be possible as per shift timing)

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
