**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and website elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with our brand guidelines.
- Create compelling visual content for advertising, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
