**About TVS Motor** **Responsibilities**: .Prepare integrated project time plan - Identify risks & Arrive mitigation plan - Arrive product concept in term of QCD - Get project approval from Apex body - Review project steps as per NPI process - Product related problems tracking & countermeasures - Prepare state of build for Assy - Deployment of target material cost to system level to part level - Contribution analysis - Co - ordinate with functions to resolve critical issues **Qualification** - **Educational Qualification**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive / Transportation / Product Design. **Design Leadership**: - Establish a clear workflow for project milestones, reviews, and approvals with internal and external stakeholders. **Functional Competencies**: - **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of color theory, materials, finishes, and graphic design trends specific to the motorcycle or automotive sector. - **Sustainability**: Demonstrated experience in researching and integrating sustainable materials and practices into product design. - **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, with experience in managing CMF and graphics projects from concept to production. - **Collaboration**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across multiple disciplines, including design, engineering, and marketing. **Innovation**: A strong track record of driving innovation in CMF and graphics design, exploring new materials and technologies that set the company apart from competitors **Behavioral Competencies** Ø"Individual Competencies: decision-making, working with teams, confidence, technical know-how, self-motivation skills" ØInterpersonal Competencies: high energy levels, communication skills, teamwork, persuasiveness, and handling problems ØMotivational Competencies: motivator, taking initiatives, involving others in taking more initiatives, and leading by example.
