
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
2. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
4. Prepare and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint.
6. Handle calendar management and scheduling with precision.
7. Ensure efficient coordination between various departments.
8. Act as a liaison between executives and external parties.
9. Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times.
10. Serve as a representative of the company with a positive attitude.
11. Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
12. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
13. Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
14. Previous experience in a similar role for at least one year is required.
15. Willingness to join the team at the earliest convenience.
16. Proximity to the workplace is preferred for ease of commute.
17. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
18. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
19. Capable of independently managing tasks and prioritizing workload.
20. A proactive approach to problem-solving and resourcefulness in resolving issues.
Pay: ₹188,618.50 - ₹500,000.00 per year
