**Reports To**: Customer Service Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Solve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Production Coordination**: Coordinate with the production team to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
- **Quotations**: Provide accurate quotes to customers and handle pricing inquiries.
- **Professional Communication**: Maintain a high standard of communication on the phone and through written correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional and friendly tone.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software (CRM systems).
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.

Pay: ₹10,988.49 - ₹31,021.13 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
